At KRULUXE Textile, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Made-to-order products.
- Bulk, wholesale, OEM, or private-label orders (unless defective).
- Products damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us with:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the package
- Reason for return
Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
5. Exchanges
Products may be replaced if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/incorrect product.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Customized, private-label, OEM, and wholesale orders cannot be cancelled after production has started.
8. International Orders
International returns may be accepted only after prior approval. Return shipping charges, customs duties, and related costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
