1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Bulk, wholesale, OEM, customized, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India and to selected international destinations. Shipping availability may vary depending on the delivery location.
3. Delivery Time
- India: 3–7 Business Days
- International: 7–21 Business Days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout or shared in the quotation for B2B orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through Email or WhatsApp whenever available.
6. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. International Orders
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, and other local government fees applicable in their country unless otherwise agreed.
8. Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct. KRULUXE Textile is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Damaged Package
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the package and product.
